  • In the globalized world, we still have a great need for Education. It is important to stress the need of culture and elucidation of everyone, about the basic constitutional principles of all nations, which support the Democratic Rule of Law, ensuring more applicability of Human Rights, which dignify the human person. It becomes a primary importance to discuss this matter, because of the diversity of cultures which do not prevent the clamor for Education, a strengthening tool of all nations.
