Ley 15/2015, de 2 de julio, de la Jurisdicción voluntaria regula una nueva modalidad de separación legal, la separación legal ante el Letrado de la Administración de Justicia o ante Notario, que se añade a la separación legal ante la autoridad judicial recogida en el artículo 81 del Código civil. En este contexto, el objetivo del presente artículo es analizar los aspectos más significativos de la normativa de la separación conyugal.

Voluntary jurisdiction new law regulates a new marital separation form. In addition to the traditional way, includes in article 81 of the Civil Code, after the recent legal reform, there is the possibility to process the divorce in the face of a notary or Lawyer of the Administration of Justice. The target of this work is to analyze the major changes wrought by law reform.
