    El siguiente artículo hace un recorrido por algunas de los aspectos que trata la vivienda de interés social en Colombia principalmente, por la vivienda social en altura, iniciando con una historia concreta de la vivienda colectiva y como ha influenciado en la ciudad a través de los años, viendo la necesidad de este tipo de vivienda, sus beneficios y desventajas, y como puede afectar esto socialmente en la población. Así mismo algunos planteamientos para la proyección de este tipo de vivienda en sus unidades habitacionales ya que con el crecimiento y desarrollo de las ciudades se va volviendo un factor importante para discutir y tener en cuenta.

    The following article takes a journey through some of the aspects covered by the social housing in Colombia mainly by the rise social housing, starting with a concrete history of collective housing and how it has influenced the city through the years seeing the need for this type of housing, its benefits and disadvantages, and how this may affect people socially. Also some thoughts on the projection of this type of housing in their home units due that with the growth and development of cities is becoming an important factor to discuss and consider.
