  Las publicaciones periódicas de Arnedo (revistas, periódicos, boletines, guías turísticas y programas de fiestas), independientemente de la época en la que surgieron y se desarrollaron, son valiosos documentos para estudiar el devenir histórico y cultural de la ciudad, así como la voz de muchos de sus colectivos, instituciones y asociaciones. Este artículo es un rápido recorrido sobre ellas, que son de variada naturaleza (divulgativas y más científicas, tradicionales y vanguardistas, informativas y de opinión, para público juvenil y adulto) y diversa temática (festiva, lúdica, recreativa o de entretenimiento, taurina, ecologista o medioambiental, religiosa, política, didáctica, publicitaria, turística y cultural en general). Muchas han desaparecido pero todas han contribuido al desarrollo cultural de Arnedo, desde la más humilde y marginal hasta la de mayor acogida, y desde la primera de la que tenemos noticias, -publicada a finales del siglo XIX-, hasta las que siguen vigentes en la actualidad.

  The periodical publications of Arnedo (magazines, newspapers, newslwtters, tourist guides and festival programs) regarless the time when they emerged and developed, are valuable documents in order to study the historical and cultural path of the city. They are the voice of a lot of groups, institutions and associations. This article is a quick trail about all of them, such as informational publications, scientific ones, traditional and ‘cutting-edge ’form, newsmagazines and opinion writings, for young and adult public. They can have different subject matter: celebratory, playful, recreational or entertaiment, bullfight, ecological, envirommental, religious, political, didactic, advertising, touristy and cultural generally. Most of them have disappeared but every single one has brought about the cultural development of Arnedo, from the most humble and marginal printings to the most popular ones and from the first known which were published at the end of the XIXth century to the publications that remain nowadays.
