  El desarrollo científico y tecnológico que impone complejos procesos de cambios y continuas transformaciones sociales, incrementa las necesidades cognitivas del capital humano para dar respuestas a las nuevas exigencias en su desempeño profesional. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio del proceso de capacitación a partir de las técnicas desarrolladas por autores relacionados con: las organizaciones que aprenden, el aprendizaje organizacional y la entidad en aprendizaje permanente. Con el empleo de métodos como: el análisis de clúster, análisis y síntesis, entrevista a informantes claves, reseña y discusión; se determinaron tres niveles en el proceso de gestión de la capacitación en la organización con sus parámetros y se propone el índice del nivel de capacitación (Inc) y los rangos que posibilitan determinar en qué nivel se encuentra la institución

  .AbstractThe scientific and technological development that imposes complex processes gives changes and continuous social transformations, it increases the cognitive necessities he gives the human capital to give answers to the new demands in its professional acting. This work has as objective to carry out a study he gives the process he gives training starting from the techniques developed by authors related with: the organizations that learn, the organizational learning and the entity in permanent learning. With the employment he gives methods like: the analysis gives clúster, analysis and synthesis, he interviews key informants, it points out and discussion; three levels were determined in the process he gives administration he gives the training in the organization with their parameters and he intends the index he gives the level he gives training (Inc) and the ranges that facilitate to determine in what level he is the institution.
