  El conocimiento representa uno de los activos más importantes para el éxito de cualquier organización; de ahí, la necesidad de gestionarlo, de forma efectiva y proactiva. Los repositorios tienen como objetivo fundamental capturar el conocimiento para que otras personas puedan tener acceso al mismo. En Cuba, la mayoría de las universidades han logrado producir y almacenar sus resultados de investigación en algún tipo de repositorio institucional; sin embargo, no existe un registro único de estos documentos en la red del Ministerio de Educación Superior. Este trabajo pretende dotar a los investigadores de Ingeniería Industrial de una herramienta que les permita gestionar la información precedente, a través de un repositorio con las tesis de doctorado defendidas con éxito ante el Tribunal Nacional Permanente de esta especialidad. Se muestran estadísticas de los trabajos defendidos por temáticas, sectores de la economía, países participantes, algunos indicadores bibliométricos y otras informaciones de interés.

  AbstractKnowledge is one of the most important assets for the success of any organization; hence, the need to manage, effectively and proactively. The fundamental aim repositories capture knowledge so that others can have access to it. In Cuba, most universities have managed to produce and store their thesis research in some kind of institutional repository; however, there is no single record of these documents on the network of the Ministry of Higher Education. This work aims to equip Industrial Engineering researchers a tool that allows them to manage the above information, through a repository of doctoral theses of the National Tribunal of Industrial Engineering. In this study, job Statistics defended by themes, sectors of the economy, participating countries, some bibliometric indexes and other information of interest are showed.
