Educación, persona y vocación: la orientación profesional en el sistema educativo español

    El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo investigar la dimensión vocacional-profesional del ser humano y dilucidar si su tratamiento en el sistema educativo español es el pertinente. Para ello se estudia la normativa legal vigente en materia de orientación profesional y se estudia el impacto que esta tiene sobre los estudiantes. A través de una revisión bibliográfica se analizan desde un punto de vista antropológico los conceptos de autorrealización y felicidad, inteligencia emocional, proyecto de vida y vocación, para continuar con el estudio de los elementos que componen el sistema orientativo profesional. Mediante el estudio de la normativa y encuestas entre ambos orientadores y alumnos se concluye que la relevancia de la dimensión vocacional del ser humano no se ve correspondida con una adecuada orientación profesional por la falta de un cuerpo de leyes adecuado, la inoperancia de las diversas partes implicadas y la mínima relevancia social que se le otorga al autoconocimiento.

    The aim of this paper is to investigate the vocational-professional human dimension and determine whether its treatment in the Spanish education system is adequate. For this, the current legislation in vocational guidance is studied as well as the impact this has on students. Through a literature review and from an anthropological point of view the concepts of self-fulfillment and happiness, emotional intelligence, life project and vocation are analyzed, to continue with the study of the elements of the professional guidance system. With the study of the regulations and surveys among both counselors and students is concluded that the relevance of the vocational dimension of the human being is not matched with an adequate professional guidance due to the absence of an adequate body of laws, the ineffectiveness of the several parts involved and the minimum social relevance that is given to self-knowledge.
