El trabajo de conservación del patrimonio ha producido importantes aciertos pero también errores. El esquema de gestión vigente requiere fortalecer la conciencia colectiva en torno a la conservación y la articulación de otros actores. Los inventarios realizados han proporcionado un fundamento indispensable para el trabajo de preservación se maneje en el futuro como un proceso continuo que permita ampliar la base de valoración de cada bien patrimonial, tanto tangible como intangible.Palabras clave: Áreas Históricas y Patrimoniales, Inventarios, Conservación.

Heritage conservation work has produced important successes but also errors. The current management plan requires strengthening the collective awareness of conservation as well as the joint to the other actors. The inventories have provided an indispensable base for the work of preservation which in the future should be managed as a continuous process to broaden the basis of valuation of each heritage property, both tangible and intangible.Keywords: Historical and heritage areas, inventories, conservation.
