This article focuses on our city, with its outstanding features, and its textual realization of theoretical and urban fundamentals that were used in the conquest and Spanish colonization; it historic center, it tradition, it history, it landscape and relationships with nature represent a facet of the collective memory of humanity and mark a constant value.
