Resumen de ¿Por qué muchos emigrantes no se inscriben en el Padrón de Españoles Residentes en el Extranjero?

  Más de la mitad de los emigrados españoles en 2008-2012 no se habían inscrito en el PERE al final de dicho período. En este artículo se identifican, analizan y calibran los motivos de ello. La metodología utilizada es mixta y triangular. Su principal insumo son las informaciones obtenidas a través de una encuesta y entrevistas realizadas a algo más de cuatro mil emigrantes españoles. Se concluye que los principales motivos para no haber realizado dicha inscripción son: su carácter voluntario, la falta de necesidad y/o de interés, el desconocimiento/desinformación sobre su utilidad, las dificultades de acceso a las oficinas y servicios consulares, y el propio deseo de seguir empadronada/o en un municipio español.

  More than half of Spanish emigrants in 2008-2012 were not registered in the PERE at the end of that period. In this article they identify, analyze and calibrate the motives of it. The used methodology is mixed and triangular. His principal input it is the information obtained across a survey and you interview realized to something more about four thousand Spanish emigrants. One concludes that the principal motives for not having realized the above mentioned inscription are: his voluntary character, the lack of need and / or of interest, the ignorance / disinformation on his usefulness, the difficulties of access to the offices and consular services, and the own desire to remain registered / registered in a Spanish municipality.

  Plus de la moitié des émigrants espagnols en 2008-2012 ont pas été enregistrés dans le PERE à la fin de cette période. Dans cet article ils s’identifient, analysent et calibrent les motifs de cela. La méthodologie utilisée est mixte et triangulaire.. Son ingrédient principal est l’information obtenue par le biais d’une enquête et des entrevues réalisées á encoré quelque chose de quatre mille émigrants espagnols. On finit que les motifs principaux de ne pas avoir réalisé la dite inscription sont: son caractère volontaire, le manque de nécessité et(ou) d’intérêt, l’ignorance / désinformation sur son utilité, les difficultés de l’accès aux bureaux et des services consulaires, et le propre désir de suivre empadronada/o dans une municipalité espagnole.
