Resumen de Interacciones dinámicas y estratégicas del conflicto armado colombiano (2002–2006)

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo central analizar la dinámica de las estrategias políticas y militares de los dos principales actores del conflicto armado colombiano, el Estado colombiano y las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia - Ejercito del Pueblo, en adelante las FARC – EP, se estudian solo estos dos actores armados, por ser los de mayor ini- ciativa y capacidad de confrontación político-militar. El periodo de tiempo analizado coincide con el primer mandato presidencial de Álvaro Uribe Vélez (2002-2006), quien en el lapso de 4 años produjo un vuelco signifi- cativo en el tema de la Seguridad Interna, definió claramente los objetivos políticos del Estado, aglutinó entorno a su persona el apoyo popular y profundizo la reforma de las Fuerzas Armadas colombianas dotándolas de los instrumentos operacionales necesarios, para que en un lapso de cuatro años, las FARC-EP salieran de ciudades como Bogota y Medellín, se replegaran a las zonas de frontera, volvieran a la guerra de guerrillas y tuvieran que iniciar un serio proceso de reestructuración interna.

The present work takes as a central target to analyze the dynamics of the political and military strategies of two principal actors of the Colombian armed conflict, the Colombian State and the Revolutionary Armed forces of Colombia - I Exercise of the People, from now on the FARC – EP, these two armed actors are studied only, for there are those of major initiative and capacity of confrontation politician - military man. The analyzed period of time coincides with the first presidential order of Álvaro Uribe Vélez (2002-2006), who in the space of 4 years produced one I overturn significantly in the topic of the Internal Safety, it defined clearly the political targets of the State, the popular support agglutinated environment to his person and I deepen the reform of the Colombian Armed forces providing it with the necessary operational instruments, so that in a space of four years, the FARC-EP was going out of cities like Bogota and Medellin, was withdrawing to the border areas, was returning to the guerrilla war and had to initiate a serious process of internal restructuring.
