Resumen de Milicia Bolivariana: ¿Independencia y Patria Socialista?

Nos proponemos abordar la Milicia Bolivariana, como resultante concreto cívico-militar del nuevo pensamiento y doctrina militar de defensa integral de la nación, y evaluar su importancia respecto a los dos primeros objetivos históricos del Plan de la Patria. Para tal fin, abordaremos: la reconfiguración militar del imperialismo norteamericano; la gravitación de Venezuela; la lucha de clases en Venezuela y su impacto en lo castrense; las transformaciones de pensamiento, doctrina y estructura militar durante el chavismo; y la relación de la Milicia con el emergente poder comunal y organizaciones revolucionarias.Como conclusiones, esperamos plantear las potencialidades y dificultades de esta estructura cívico-militar, como herramienta para garantizar la independencia y soberanía venezolana y fortalecer un derrotero hacia una patria socialista.

We intend to approach the Bolivarian Militia, as civic- military tangible result of the new Bolivarian military thought and doctrine of comprehensive defense of the nation, and assess their significance to the first two historical objectives of the "Plan of the Homeland". We will develop the following points: military reconfiguration of north-american imperialism; geopolitical gravitation of Venezuela; class struggle and the impact of the the military field; transformations of thought, doctrine and military structure during the Bolivarian government; and militia relationship with the emerging communal power and revolutionary organizations. In conclusion, we hope to show the the potentialities and difficulties of this civil-military structure, as a tool to ensure the Venezuelan independence and sovereignty, and to strengthen a course toward a socialist homeland.
