    The purpose of the text is to reflect on the relationship between language and memory, using Heidegger's interpretation of Hölderlin's poem Andenken (Memory) as the guiding thread. Being a think (denken) in (an), which gives it a relation with the future, the word Andenken points to the essential nexus between thought and poetry, since both, in their essence, indicate in a fundamental way the tension between the memory of the natural and that of the stranger, between feeling at home and the need to experience the foreigner, as the event that makes it posssible for the man to shelter the being in language.

    O propósito do texto é refletir sobre a relação entre linguagem e memória, tomando como fio condutor a interpretação feita por Heidegger do poema Andenken (Memória) de Hölderlin. Sendo um pensar (denken) em (an), que lhe confere uma relação com o futuro, a palavra Andenken aponta para o nexo essencial entre pensamento e poesia, pois ambos, em sua essência, indicam de modo fundamental a tensão entre a memória do natural e a do estranho, entre o sentir-se em casa e a necessidade de experimentar o estrangeiro, como o acontecimento que torna possível para o homem abrigar o ser na linguagem.
