Political Justice in the Context of Penal Legislation for the Protection of the State in the Beginning of the 1950s. In 1951 the Federal Republic of Germany passed specific penal legislation for the protection of the state. In this work an analysis of its application is given based on evaluations of first instance court documents of the distric court Nürnberg-Fürth. which challenges popular assumptions on this judicial practice
