Resumen de Dispersión de ondas electromagnéticas en coberturas vegetales

En este trabajo se presenta un estudio de la interacción de las ondas electromagnéticas con hojas caducas y coníferas, en las longitudes de las microondas, mediante la teoría de la dispersión (scattering) de la electrodinámica. Se inicia con una breve explicación de los conceptos básicos de teledetección, seguido del estudio de la teoría de mezcla de dieléctricos en materiales vegetativos, y se finaliza con el desarrollo matemático de la ecuación integral de Helmholtz, que relaciona el campo dispersado (scattering) de la zona lejana, con el campo inducido sobre un dispersor vegetativo.

In this work one presents a study of the interaction of the electromagnetic waves with caduceus and coniferous leaves in the microwaves lengths, by means of the electrodynamics scattering theory. It begins with a brief explanation of the basic concepts of remote sensing, followed by the study of the dielectric mixture theory in vegetative materials and it finishes with the mathematical development of Helmholtz’s Integral equation, which relates the scattered field of the distant zone, with the field induced on a vegetative scatterer.
