  Nuestros estudiantes de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria han utilizado la herramienta de autor HyperStudio para elaborar documentos hipermedia. Hemos constatado cualitativamente que la producción de estos materiales, no sólo ha posibilitado a nuestros alumnos un contexto en el que han demostrado sus conocimientos, destrezas y actitudes, sino que también les ha proporcionado una oportunidad para desarrollar conocimiento significativo en los dos niveles de interpretación de las sustancias y sus cambios de estado. Esta experiencia muestra que los recursos que aportan las Nuevas Tecnologías han facilitado que los estudiantes relacionen el nivel macroscópico de las sustancias y sus cambios, con el nivel microscópico de la materia

  The HyperStudio authoring tool has been used for fifteen years old students to elaborate hypermedia documents. We have come to realise that the construction of hypermedia documents have not only given a context where our students have been able to demonstrate their knowledge ability and attitude but has also provided them with the opportunity to develop a meaningful knowledge in both levels of the interpretation of the matter and their changes. This experience has shown that Technology provides new ways of engaging students in increasing conceptual understanding of the representation of matter at the macroscopic and microscopic levels
