    Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os resultados obtidos no processo de implantação do sistema de gestão ERP comparando a literatura sobre o assunto e o parecer de quem utiliza o novo sistema na empresa. Assim, discorre sobre a implantação de um software de Gestão Empresarial ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), no caso estudado. Por meio do estudo de caso realizado antes da implementação e com a coleta de dados obtidos após esta implantação, foi possível comparar os efeitos definidos pela teoria com o ocorrido na realidade empresarial. Destaca-se com cem por cento de aceitação o item Possibilita maior integridade das informações como o mais aceito, em contrapartida o item Redução de custos foi o menos aceito, com cinqüenta por cento. Desta forma, observa-se que os efeitos previstos na literatura do assunto não se concretizaram de forma integral por se tratar de uma empresa familiar com restrições à mudanças, com algumas dificuldades de adaptação para processos pela falta de estrutura organizacional definida e pela continuidade do uso do sistema anterior.

    This paper aims to analyze the results obtained in the process of ERP management system implementation comparing the literature on the subject and the opinion of those who use the new system in the company. Thus, it discusses the implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Enterprise Management software, in the case studied. Through the case study carried out before the implementation and with the collection of data obtained after this implantation, it was possible to compare the effects defined by the theory with what occurred in the business reality. It stands out with a hundred percent acceptance of the item It allows greater integrity of the information as the most accepted, in contrast the item Reduced costs was the least accepted, with fifty percent. In this way, it is observed that the effects foreseen in the literature of the subject did not materialize integrally because it is a family business with restrictions to changes, with some difficulties of adaptation to processes due to the lack of defined organizational structure and the continuity of use of the previous system.
