Utilización de harinas de maíz hidropónico deshidratada y vaina de algarrobo en reemplazo parcial y total de la soya en la alimentación de conejos neozelandés en la etapa de crecimiento y engorde

    El presente trabajo se realizó entre septiembre a noviembre del 2009 en el Programa de Producción Cunícula del Departamento de Producción Animal de la Facultad de Ciencias Veterinarias de Portoviejo. El principal objetivo fue utilizar mezcla de harina de cultivo hidropónico (HCH) y harina de algarrobo (HA) en (50%+50%) en remplazo parcial y total a la harina de soya con niveles de 5, 10 y 15% y comparándola con el testigo (0%) del material a experimentarse, para fabricar alimentos balanceados para conejos. Se utilizaron 40 conejos de raza neozelandés con un peso promedio de 792,5 gramos. La mejor respuesta se determinó con el nivel HCH y HA 15% con 1635,6 ±232.7 g, el mismo que fue diferente con el tratamiento HCH y HA 10% estadísticamente con 1503,8 ±255,0. registró también HCH y HA 15% con 4,72 ±0,367  y la peor fue HCH y HA 10% con 6,15 ±1,024. Al evaluar el rendimiento a la canal también existió diferencia significativa entre las dietas, siendo la mejor el nivel HCH y HA 15% con 67,0% ±11,04 %, diferenciándose del testigo que fue menor con 57,77% ±5,66.  En lo referente al indicador costo/beneficio la mejor respuesta la dio HCH y HA 15% con 1:41, superando al testigo con 1:08. Por los resultados obtenidos se recomienda la sustitución total de la soya con HCH y HA 15% para la elaboración de balanceado.

    The present work was realized between September to November, 2009 in the Program of Production Cunícula of the Department of Animal Production of the Faculty of Portoviejo's Veterinary Sciences. The principal aim was (HCH) used mixture of flour of culture hidropónico and flour of carob-tree (HAS) in (50 % + 50 %) in I replace partially and totally to the flour of soy bean with levels of 5, 10 and 15 % and comparing it with the witness (0 %) of the material to be experiencing, to make food balanced for rabbits, 40 rabbits of race were in use New Zealander with an average weight of 792,5 grams, under the design completely at random with 10 repetitions. The best response decided with the level HCH and THERE IS 15 % with 1635,6 ±232.7 g, the same one that was different with the treatment HCH and THERE IS 10 % statistically with 1503,8 ±255,0. HCH was registered also and THERE IS 15 % with 4,72 ±0,367 and the worst was HCH and THERE IS 10 % with 6,15 ±1,024. On having evaluated the performance to the canal also difference existed significant between the diets, being the best the level HCH and THERE IS 15 % with 67,0 % ±11,04 %, differing from the witness who was minor with 57,77 % ±5,66. In what concerns the warning cost / benefit the best response gave HCH and THERE IS 15 % with 1:41, overcoming the witness with 1:08. By the obtained results the total substitution of the soy bean is recommended by HCH and THERE IS 15 % for the production of balanced
