Resumen de A quem interessa a educação dos trabalhadores do campo? Uma análise do PRONACAMPO

No dia 20 de março de 2012 foi lançado em Brasília o Programa Nacional de Educação do Campo (PRONACAMPO) com participação de representantes dos movimentos sociais, de sindicatos dos trabalhadores da agricultura e setores do agronegócio. Na oportunidade, todos eles destacaram em seus discursos a importância do programa para elevar a escolaridade e melhorar a vida do homem no campo. Com base nestas declarações, o presente artigo discute como e porque a educação no campo, sob a mediação do Estado, atende a interesses de grupos antagônicos no campo brasileiro. Para realização deste trabalho, analisamos a Portaria nº 86, de 1º de fevereiro de 2013 que instituiu o PRONACAMPO, os discursos realizados pelos diferentes representantes de cada setor (agronegócio, Estado e movimentos sociais) na cerimônia de lançamento do programa, bem como suas concepções educacionais. Em face deste exame pretendemos dialogar com os movimentos sociais que se opõem ao agronegócio sobre pressupostos teóricos que norteiam a defesa de uma especificidade da educação do campo e a necessidade de avançar na luta de classes no interior da educação, inclusive no PRONACAMPO, por meio da opção por referenciais teóricos e metodológicos que não dividam os trabalhadores em espaços de vivência, mas que os unifiquem na condição de trabalhadores.

On March 20, 2012 was released in the Brasilia National Program for Rural Education (PRONACAMPO) with participation of representatives of social movements, trade unions of workers in the agriculture and agribusiness sectors. On occasion, they all excelled in their speeches the importance of the program to raise the level of education and improve the lives of people in the countryside. Based on these statements, this article discusses how and why education in the field under the mediation of the state serves the interests of competing groups in the Brazilian countryside. For this study, we analyzed the Ordinance No. 86 of 1 February 2013 establishing the PRONACAMPO, speeches made by different representatives of each sector (agribusiness, government and social movements) at the launching ceremony of the program, as well as their educational conceptions. In the face of this examination we intend to engage with the social movements that oppose agribusiness on theoretical assumptions underlying the defense of a specific field of education and the need to advance the class struggle within the education, including PRONACAMPO through the option By theoretical and methodological frameworks that do not divide workers into living spaces, but that unify them in the condition of worker.
