Resumen de Cuba en los mecanismos de cooperación universitarios Unión Europea-América Latina 2007-2013

  En el artículo, se realiza un análisis de la participación cubana en los programas de cooperación universitaria entre Europa y América Latina y el Caribe, a partir de la publicación por la Comisión Europea, en el 2015, del informe “Higher Education cooperation between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean”. Este informe aporta datos relativos a los programas anteriores al actual Erasmus Plus, a través del cual se conducirán los esfuerzos de cooperación universitaria europea hasta el año 2020. A través del análisis de los diferentes programas que incluye este proyecto de cooperación, se pueden observar los resultados e identificar las potencialidades del sistema de educación superior cubano para insertarse en ellos y fortalecer la internacionalización y la calidad universitaria de Cuba.

  In the article, it made an analysis of the Cuban participation in the programs of university cooperation between Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean, from the publication by the European Commission, in 2015, the report Higher Education Cooperation between the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean. This report provides data on previous programs to the current Erasmus Plus, through which the efforts of European university cooperation will be conducted until 2020. Through the analysis of different programs including this cooperation project, you can see the results and identify the potential of Cuban higher education system to attach them and strengthen internationalization and university quality of Cuba.
