Resumen de “Si querés grabá, pero yo voy a desmentir todo”. Secreto, género y política desde un abordaje metodológico

En este artículo se busca reflexionar acerca de los múltiples sentidos queel secreto adquiere en la relación con nuestros interlocutores, y el modo enque a través de él se configuran relaciones sociales (y de poder) a lo largodel trabajo de campo. La reflexión acerca del secreto, nos permite pensaren términos metodológicos sobre los modos en que se construye el datoetnográfico. En tercer lugar, se propone una reflexión sobre el papel queel secreto juega en la producción de las jerarquías de género y en el establecimientode fronteras simbólicas en las luchas por el control políticode un club social y deportivo. Así, se mostrará el modo en que el secretocomo categoría nativa es investido de estigmas morales con el propósitode establecer alteridades políticas en este ámbito social, en tanto permitela producción de una alteridad degradada que identifica al secreto con lapolítica y un nosotros moralmente superior.

In this paper we propose to think about the multiple senses that the secret acquires in the relationship with our interlocutors, and the way in which through it social and power relationships are created during fieldwork. On the other hand, the consideration about the secret, allow us to think in methodological terms about how the etnographic fact is built. In third place, we aim to think about the role that secret plays in the production of gender hierarchies and in the establishment of symbolic boundaries in disputes for political control at a social and sportive club. The secret as native category is invested of moral stigmas with the purpose of establishing political otherness in this social space, allowing the production of a degraded alterity that identifies secret and politics and a morally superior us.
