  • The article focuses on the study on how time of day preferences affect the academic performances of university students in Great Britain. The primary purpose of the study is to examine the usefulness of different times of day preference in terms of teaching and learning improvement in universities. According to the analysis of the study that more university students select morning preference and earned high scores compared to evening preference. The study recommends that examination for university students must be given in morning preferences rather than in other time preferences.
