  • Resumen
    • Most companies nowadays have already implemented on-premise or cloud -based ERP systems into their IT infraestrutures. These packages allow firms to integrate, standardize and execute the whole business processes in real time, improving their productivity and operational efficiency. Previous studies highlight their beneficial effects go beyond the single firm. Indeed, ERP system can assist supply‐chain partners to work in close coordination. In order to reach a better understanding in this matter, the present study aims to develop a comprehensive framework. This will represent the benefits derived from ERP adoption in Supply Chain performance. In doing so, we applied an interpretive structural modelling (ISM). Finally, we provide a case study that explores the viability of this framework.
