    Le civisme fiscal concerne depuis quelques années une dimensión autre que celle qui prévalait jusqu'alors. En effet, la raréfaction des deniers publics et la modernisation de l'action de l'Etat en ont profondément modifté la conception, passant d'une visión politique d'utilisation du produit de l'impót á celle gestionnaire favorisant la commodité du prélévement fiscal.

    In recent years the civic attitude towards taxation has shifted to another dimensión from that which had prevailed in the past.

    Accordingly, the growing scarcity of public funds and the modernisation of the State 's action have profoundly changed the concept, from a political visión ofusing tax revenue to that of a manager favouring the convenience of tax levies.
