    • Act 16/2003, of 28 May, of cohesion and quality of the National Health System (NHS), specifies the content of the service portfolio, where public health services, primary and specialty care, sociosanitary care, emergency, pharmaceutical, orthoprosthetic and dietary services, and medical transport are included. The content of each portfolio is developed in Royal Decree 1030/2006, of 15 September, establishing the portfolio of common services of the NHS and the procedure for updating set. Royal Decree-Law 16/2012, of 20 April, on urgent measures to ensure the sustainability of the NHS and improve the quality and safety of its services, differences between a basic, supplementary and accessory common portfolio of healthcare services. The aim of this manuscript is to describe the monitoring studies as the method used to assess health techniques, technologies or procedures (TTP) by the Spanish Network of Agencies for Assessing NHS Technologies and Performance
