Resumen de A tecnologia digital Blockchain: análise evolutiva e pragmática

  A sociedade observa o resultado de políticas intervencionistas extremas causadas pelos marcos regulatórios dos governos e convive com a necessidade urgente de alternativas aos serviços estatais. Portanto a população vive o melhor momento em ter acesso aos conhecimentos e reflexões em relação às tecnologias livres, que visam a evolução dentro do processo de mercado e com isso prover uma alternativa real, prática e consistente em relação aos serviços ineficientes, mitigando os problemas resultantes destes. Este artigo objetiva, por meio de pesquisa qualitativa realizada no primeiro semestre de 2016 e 2017 com 15 respondentes, mostrar os avanços da tecnologia Blockchain, a sua fundamentação econômica, e com isso testar a sua aceitabilidade.

  The society observes the result of extreme interventionist policies caused by the regulatory frameworks of governments and coexists with the urgent need for alternatives to state services. Therefore, the population has the best time to have access to the knowledge and reflections regarding free technologies, which aim to evolve within the market process and thus provide a real, practical and consistent alternative to inefficient services, mitigating the resulting problems of these. This article aims to show the advances of Blockchain technology, its economic fundamentals, and to test its acceptability, through a qualitative survey conducted in the first half of 2016 and 2017 with 15 respondents, and to test its acceptability.
