  • This article discusses the promotion of stable democracy in struggling nations through the use of agricultural and medical aid. The author argues that if impoverished nations were supplied with provisions such as crop seeds, non-perishable foods, and medicine then countries that provide aid as a means to promote the spread of democracy and fight terror would have greater national security.
