  • The article discusses the discovery that moderately-sized black holes are more rare than scientists previously suspected. The common discovery of lightweight black holes resulting from collapsed stars is mentioned, as well as the existence of giant black holes at the core of galaxies. The discovery of a small black hole at the center of globular cluster RZ2109 is also discussed, noting that a moderately-sized black hole was expected.
