  • Resumen
    • This article discusses the efforts of the U.S. government to monitor the biosafety of the U.S. following a series of attacks in which anthrax has been sent through the mail. The possibility that the increased funding of biosafety laboratories and issues of researcher oversight are increasing the risk of a biological attack are considered. The possibility that psychological screening and improved monitoring of biosafety researchers will improve biosecurity is noted.
