This article discusses an experiment in the use of neuroprosthetics, which are replacement limbs that respond to neural impulses. In this experiment rhesus macaques used their thoughts to instruct robotic limbs to deliver food. The results of this experiment will be published in the May 29, 2008 issue of "Nature" magazine.
