  • A news brief is presented, summarizing a report in the April 22, 2008 issue of the "Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences USA" on predicting errors in the performance of monotonous tasks before they happen. Using magnetic resonance imaging, researchers could identify a decrease in brain activity right before mistakes occurred.
