Desafios das mulheres: um enfoque ocidental de gênero e direitos humanos

    Among the various discussions relating to the relationship between human diversity and human rights, gender issues emerged as key. Through a consideration that historicizes gender relations in an anthropological view, it becomes possible to understand the evolution of formal legal guarantees positivated as products of intense struggles for recognition, embedded in the dynamics of social conflicts that marked the recent modernity. This study attempts to launch more clear views about issues that remain purposely obscured over the centuries in order to demonstrate that symbolic constructions and discursive processes engender perverse and inhumane discrimination against women in the West. Demystifying it, including the supremacy of Western feminist victories on the east, is a critical need to mature, so we move forward on the debate and promote substantial change within the Western society. The women’s historical social struggles that culminated in the assertiveness of some of their rights need to be observed from reflective perspective, understanding the process of constant demands for human rights, without believing that the mere may be a real guarantee of rights when the dynamics of oppression of the phallocentric Western society has not been substantially changed. Through this view, attempts to conduct an evaluation of human rights that transcend the positivist perspective towards an understanding of the social demands of constant struggles for the realization of these rights.

    Entre as várias discussões sobre a relação entre a diversidade e os direitos humanos, as questões de género surgiu como chave. Através de uma conta que historiciza relações de gênero, torna-se possível compreender a evolução da formais garantias jurídicas positivadas como produtos de intensas lutas para o reconhecimento, integrados a dinâmica de conflitos sociais que marcaram amodernidade recente. Este estudo tenta iniciar é mais clara sobre os problemas que permanecem deliberadamente ocultos durante séculos para demonstrar as construções simbólicas e processos discursivos gerar uma discriminação perversa e desumana contra as mulheres no Ocidente. Desmistificar isso, incluindo a supremacia de vitórias feministas ocidentais no leste, é uma necessidadecrítica para amadurecer, por isso, avançar o debate e promover a mudança substancial na sociedade ocidental. As lutas sociais das mulheres culminaram com a afirmação de alguns dos seus direitos deve ser visto de uma perspectiva reflexiva, compreendendo o processo das exigências constantes dos direitos humanos, não acreditando que simplesmente pode ser uma garantia realdos direitos quando a dinâmica da opressão do falócentrica sociedade ocidental não mudou substancialmente. Através deste ponto de vista, as tentativas de levar a cabo uma avaliação dos direitos humanos que transcendem a perspectiva positivista para a compreensão das demandas sociais da luta constante para a realização desses direitos.
