La fiscalidad de los apartamentos turísticos, actualmente, despierta un gran interés, ya que a lo largo de los últimos años ha proliferado el alquiler de viviendas por particulares en periodos vacacionales, incrementándose la oferta no reglada de viviendas turísticas. Una inadecuada tributación de las mismas tiene repercusiones negativas en la recaudación fiscal, por lo que su análisis y adaptación del sistema tributario a la nueva realidad turística es fundamental.

The taxation of tourist apartments now arouses great interest, since during the last years the renting of houses by private individuals in vacation periods has increased, increasing the non-regulated offer of tourist houses. An inadequate taxation of the same has negative repercussions on the tax collection, reason why its analysis and adaptation of the tributary system to the new tourist reality is fundamental.
