    La aplicación de la justicia desde el ámbito de la filosofía ha consistido en la creación de discursos de indudable valor argumental y sutil fundamentación conceptual, que han clarificado y denunciado situa-ciones que, previamente, no era posible ver por la ciudadanía. Sin embargo, esos discursos no siempre han permeado la sociedad. Este artículo parte de la hipótesis de que la improductividad inherente en estos casos se debe a que se ha olvidado el uso del discurso experiencial y de la palabra diciente. Así, se estudiarán las condiciones formales necesarias para que el discurso de la justicia aumente su impacto en la sociedad mediante una aproximación experiencial.

    The application of justice from the field of philosophy has consisted in the creation of discourses of undoubted argumentative value and subtle conceptual foundation, which have clarified and denounced situations that previously could not be seen by the citizens. However, these discourses have not always permeated society. This article is based on the hypothesis that the inherent unproductiveness in these cases is due to the neglect of the use of experiential discourse and of the significant word. Thus, we will study the formal conditions necessary for the discourse of justice to increase its impact on society through an experiential approach.
