    En este artículo, el autor realiza un análisis de la crisis de los refugiados y las personas inmigrantes en la Unión Europea, señalando la política migratoria europea como un espacio excluyente de libertad, seguridad y justicia, y defendiendo el derecho a la movilidad humana como primer derecho.

    In this article, the author provides an analysis of the crisis of refugees and immigrants in the European Union, pointing out to European migration policy as an exclusionary area of freedom, security and justice, and defending the right to human mobility as first right.
