  Sesenta y nueve años después de la Declaración Universal de los Derechos Humanos y cincuenta y un año después de la aprobación por las Naciones Unidas de los Pactos Internacionales de Derechos Humanos (derechos civiles y políticos y derechos económicos, sociales y culturales), ha llegado el momento de codificar a nivel internacional la aparición de una tercera categoría de derechos humanos sobre el medio ambiente. Es por eso que un grupo de juristas (co-escritores del Précis Dalloz Derecho Ambiental) ha redactado un proyecto de 3.° Pacto sobre el reconocimiento internacional del Derecho Humano al Medio Ambiente.

  Sixty-nine years after the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and fiftyone years after the adoption by the United Nations of the two International Covenants on Human Rights (civil and political rights and economic, social and cultural rights), the moment to codify internationally the emergence of a third category of human rights concerning the environment has come. That is why a group of jurists (co-editors of the Dalloz « Environmental Law ») have drawn up a draft of the 3rd Pact on the international recognition of the human right to the environment.

  Soixante-neuf ans après la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme et cinquante et un an après l’adoption par les Nations Unies des deux Pactes internationaux sur les droits de l’homme (droits civils et politiques et droits économiques, sociaux et culturels), l’heure est venue de codifier au plan international l’apparition d’une troisième catégorie de droits de l’homme concernant l’environnement. C’est pourquoi un groupe de juristes co-rédacteurs du Précis Dalloz de droit de l’environnement ont élaboré un projet de 3e Pacte consacré à la reconnaissance internationale d’un droit de l’homme à l’environnement.
