Resumen de Docencia universitaria y nuevas tecnologías: reflexiones a partir de un dispositivo de formación

  Este trabajo se realiza en el marco del proyecto de investigación Nº 2206 del Consejo de Investigación de la Universidad Nacional de Salta �Procesos formativos de postgrado en la universidad: El caso de la Especialidad en Docencia Universitaria de la U.N.Sa�. Tiene como objetivo analizar la propuesta formativa de la carrera de Especialización focalizando, en un primer momento, en el sentido formativo que tiene para los egresados el seminario denominado "Los dispositivos tecnológicos en la práctica docente" y luego en los trabajos finales de la carrera con temáticas vinculadas a los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizajes mediados por tecnologías. Desde las voces de los egresados se puede tensiones, preocupaciones y potencialidades de diferentes dispositivos tecnológicos cuando analizan el sentido de su inclusión en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje y los criterios pedagógicos que sustentan sus prácticas. Las acciones de formación docente orientadas a la indagación de la práctica contribuyen a, problematizarla, a la búsqueda de nuevas miradas sobre las estrategias de enseñanza y al diseño y/o desarrollo de acciones innovadoras. En estos espacios, los docentes reconocen las potencialidades que ofrecen las nuevas tecnologías, asimismo construyen saberes necesarios para la inclusión de las tecnologías en sus prácticas.

  This work is done under the project of Investigation N°2206 of the Research Council of the National University of Salta �Graduate Training Processes in the university: The case of the Specialty in University Teaching of the U.N. Sa�. It has as purpose analyze the training proposal of the Specialization career focusing, in first instance, in the formative sense it has for the graduates in the seminary denominated " The technological devices in teaching" and then in the final works of the career with themes linked to the process of teaching and learning mid by technologies. From the voices of the graduates you can recognize the relevance of the pedagogical- didactic training. In the final works you can observe tensions, preoccupations and potentialities of different technological devices when they analyze the sense of their inclusion in the process of teaching and learning and pedagogical criteria that support their practices. The actions of teacher training oriented to the inquiry of the practice contribute to, problematize, to the search of new views about the strategies of learning and to the design and/or the develop of innovative actions. In this spaces, the teachers recognise the potentialities that offers the new technologies, also building knowledges needed for the inclusion of new technologies in their practices.
