  • This article reports on how the view of the night sky on Earth will be altered in the next 100 trillion years. The view will change as the universe expands, distant galaxies get further away, and nearby galaxies merge. The article focuses on four different time periods, which includes 2008, and five billion, 100 billion, and 100 trillion years from now, each accompanied by a description and an illustration.
