The article explains that of all the mathematically conceivable forms of crystals Toshikazu Sunada of Meiji University in Japan has proven only one shares the same symmetrical properties as a diamond: a 10-side ring Sunada calls K4. It turns out Sunada rediscovered this form of crystal which A.F. Wells termed 10,3 back in 1977.
