  • This article tells of the discovery of a neutron star named Calvera, that appears to not fit in with the other discovered seven neutron stars. Neutron stars are formed by the explosions of massive stars and these remnants are incredibly dense. How Calvera has behaved is a source of continued study for astronomers.
