  • The article explains that the town of Rattenberg in Austria will not be able to get sunlight during the winter months until at least 2009. The town had hoped to install a series of mirrors to reflect the sun's light onto the town, but funding fell through. The town does not receive any sunlight during the winter because it is located between large mountains.
