Resumen de Sul ruolo del senato nell'equiparazione tra leges e plebiscita
The research aims to show how the equivalence of plebiscita with leges, that Gaius and Pomponius attribute to the lex Hortensia, maybe have a correlation with a political need to submit the tribunicia rogatio of plebiscita to the auctoritas senatus prior to the introduction before concilia plegis, as earlier - i.e. after the leges Publiliae Philonis - to the same auctoritas was submitted the rogatio of leges prior to the introduction before comitia centuriata.
