    No es de conocimiento novel la existencia de culturas originadas de órdenes sociopolíticos de corte patriarcal o machista – o que las mujeres no son objetos de uso y abuso pero, no por ello los crímenes violentos en su contra han de cesar. La historia así nos confirma que la primera gran inquisidora en contra de la mujer fue la Iglesia Católica-Romana y la Sagrada Inquisición, quienes juzgaron a las mujeres de brujas, herejes, impuras e indomables seres de oscuridad; revocaron nuestra espiritualidad tildándonos de demonios. Lamentablemente, la historia no se queda en el ayer. La mujer continúa sufriendo de persecuciones e injusticias arrastradas por las conductas atávicas, soterradas e incoherentes del hombre. Todavía la mujer es vista como un “ente” que daña la mente del hombre y que éste debe de cuidarse de ella. De allí nace, entre las sociedades posmodernistas, otro método de persecución conocido como la revictimización de la mujer. Este fenómeno fracciona intencionalmente el derecho de defensa de la fémina ante los foros judiciales del mundo y limita el juicio justo a la víctima de agresión sexual. En otras palabras, la víctima se presume culpable de haber sido agredida sexualmente simplemente por ser mujer. Toda esta amalgama concretándose en daños neuropsicoemocionales.

    We are not breaking new ground when we speak of the existence of cultures that were originated from patriarchal or chauvinistic sociopolitical orders – or that women are not objects meant to be used and abused, but that doesn’t mean that violent crimes against them will seem to stop. Thus, history confirms that the first great inquisitor against women was the Roman-Catholic Church and the Holy Inquisition, who judged women of being witches, heretics, impure and untamable creatures of darkness; they revoked our spirituality stigmatizing us as demons. Unfortunately, history is not to remain in the past. Women still continuously suffering from persecutions and injustices dragged by atavistic, closed-minded and incoherent behaviors of men.

    Women are still seen as some sort of “entity” that damages the mind of men and that they should shield or guard themselves from us. It is from there, that a new method of persecution was spawned from postmodernist societies known as the re-victimization of women. This phenomenon intentionally fractionates the right of defense before any legal forum in North America and limits a just trial for the victim of sexual aggression.

    In other words, the victim is presumed guilty of having been assaulted sexually simply because she is a woman. All this picture translating into neuropsychoemotional damages.
