  • The article reports on the move of several museums and art spaces in Washington D.C. to generate a series of exhibitions highlighting the esthetic achievements of the Washington Color School. The initiative has drawn international attention because it demonstrated how valid the sensual paintings of various artists. Aside from that, the move unmasked questions regarding the happenings in Washington D.C.-area art since 1960s.
