Se realizó una revisión exhaustiva de varias fuentes de información, con el objetivo de diseñar un manual instructivo y hacer más didáctica la enseñanza a raíz de un cuerpo teórico incompleto. La finalidad es entregar a la comunidad médica un enfoque terapéutico de afecciones oftálmicas desdela Medicina Tradicionaly Natural, a partir de protocolos de tratamientos, lo cual deviene en mejor calidad de vida y permite el progresivo perfeccionamiento del sistema de salud cubano, al contar con este material de estudio y consulta que servirá de apoyo a la docencia, asistencia, e investigación en tal sentido contribuye a la promoción, prevención, tratamiento y rehabilitación de estas enfermedades.

A thorough review of several sources of information is carried out with the aim of designing a manual instruction and makes more didactic teaching following an incomplete theoretical body. The aim is to provide the medical community with a therapeutic approach ophthalmic conditions from the Traditional and Natural Medicine from treatment protocols, which becomes better quality of life and allows the progressive improvement of the Cuban health system, by having this study material and consultation that will support teaching, assistance and research in this regard contributes to the promotion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of these diseases.
