    Con motivo de haberse ingresado en el año 2012, en el Servicio de Cirugía General del Hospital General Docente “Dr. Agostinho Neto” de Guantánamo, un paciente con linfangioma quístico de bazo con excelente evolución, sin recurrencia, y, por su infrecuencia, se revisó el archivo de dicho hospital, donde se hallaron registros de dos linfangiomas quísticos: uno en vesícula biliar y otro en hígado. Con este hallazgo sumaron tres linfangiomas quístico abdominal visceral: bazo, vesícula e hígado. Por la poca frecuencia de esta tumoración linfática abdominal, por su localización visceral y por no haber sido reportado ningún caso en nuestro país, se decidió realizar una revisión del tema actualizado, informar los casos y, de este modo, contribuir a la casuística del país y el extranjero.

For the infrequency of this abdominal lymphatic tumor, for its visceral location and have not been reported any cases in our country, it was decided to conduct a review of the current issue, reporting cases and thus contribute to the casuistry of the country and abroad.
