  • It specifically refers to main challenges concerning the precise case of purchase "a non domino", when one had bought the thing from a non-owner or from a non-entitled, on the basis of the Roman law principle "nemo plus iuris transferre potest quam ipse habet". The presented analysis stresses the discipline of this case in the Classical Roman law system, highlighting the impact for introducing Acio Publiciana on development of "movement of goods' system".
