  • The article discusses a court case wherein the plaintiff, the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art (MoCA), was granted permission to open an exhibition of unfinished artwork by artist Christophe Büchel. The artist, who countersued to prevent the museum from showing his work in an unfinished state, has failed to finish an art installation commissioned by MoCA and has spent more than twice the allocated budget on the project. It is reported that MoCA ultimately canceled the show.
