  • The article announces that educational art institute the Barnes Foundation has chosen architects Tod Williams and Billie Tsien to design its headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Barnes Foundation is reportedly moving its headquarters to Philadelphia from Merion, Pennsylvania. Law suits relating to the foundation's change of location are discussed.
