Resumen de Notas sobre el enriquecimiento injustificado: bases romanísticas y su desarrollo en el derecho español
The unjust enrichment has a long background and answers the need for security and protection of property relationships from equity. This paper begins with the analysis of the institution in Roman Law which give guidelines to better understand it in modern civil law; it reviews its regulation under Spanish law, with a special analysis of Navarre Civil Law (Fuero Nuevo), which regulates it as institution, unlike the Spanish Civil Code and the rest of the autonomic systems of civil law in Spain.
